The Schlickenrieder family
Sustainability is dear to our hearts
Philosophy & History
The Pension Bernhardhof is a family-run enterprise with a long tradition behind it and for many years it has received guests from all over the world. Our sustainable philosophy is shown in the use of renewable energy and heat recovery. We operate a CO₂-neutral hot water system and climate-neutral heating with the wood chips we create ourselves. We value our sustainable and PEFC-certified forestry and will soon be operating our own photovoltaic system with a storage battery in order to produce more electrical energy than we use ourselves. Our guests treasure the pleasant atmosphere and personal service in our house.
